Data Analyst - operations reporting (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Cedar Drift Facilities and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on supply orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
