Data Analyst - operations reporting (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Redstone Cobalt Early Learning and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on meal programmes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
