Data Analyst - operations reporting (Charleston, SC)

Greenridge Vale Pharma is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in quality documentation and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
