Data Analyst - operations reporting (Charleston, SC)

Rivermark Ridge Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Charleston region, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 253 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Investigate trends in supplier deliveries and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on service appointments. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
