Data Analyst - operations reporting (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Thistle Pharma and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Boston. What you will do • Investigate trends in cleanroom operations and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on quality documentation. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
