Data Analyst - operations reporting (Boise, ID)

Clearpath Amber Learning Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for attendance records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in attendance records and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on learning materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
