Data Analyst - operations reporting (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Ivory Hospitality Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in guest bookings and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
