Data Analyst - operations reporting (Baltimore, MD)

Nova Bridge Environmental Services Group is an environmental-services company in Baltimore with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in fleet maintenance and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on recycling loads. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
