Data Analyst - operations reporting (Baltimore, MD)

Silverline Orchard Energy is an energy provider in Baltimore focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Investigate trends in service connections and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on billing disputes. • Python or R for analysis.
