Data Analyst - operations reporting (Baltimore, MD)

Clearpath Union Facilities looks after properties across the Baltimore region. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 970 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Investigate trends in customer sites and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on work orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
