Data Analyst - operations reporting (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Junction Financial and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on vendor spend. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
