Data Analyst - operations reporting (Austin, TX)

Ironwood Juniper Health provides primary and specialty care in Austin, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in referrals and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on electronic records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
