Data Analyst - operations reporting (Austin, TX)

Foxglove Glen Facilities is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in cleaning schedules and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on contractor visits. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
