Data Analyst - operations reporting (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Cedar Bridge Energy and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in billing disputes and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on outage response. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
