Data Analyst - operations reporting (Atlanta, GA)

Greenridge Bridge Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Atlanta. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in fleet maintenance and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on service complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
