Data Analyst - operations reporting (Atlanta, GA)

Westbrook Glen Care Services Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on licensing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
