Data Analyst - operations reporting (Atlanta, GA)

Amberfield Kestrel Financial Partners is a financial-services company in Atlanta, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in payment disputes and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
