Data Analyst - operations reporting (Atlanta, GA)

Nova Yarrow Facilities is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for contractor visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in contractor visits and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
