Data Analyst - operations reporting (Atlanta, GA)

Westbrook Glen Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Atlanta with personal care and coordination, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 339 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in visit scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on licensing. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
