Data Analyst - operations reporting (Anchorage, AK)

Ironwood Willow Medical is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in clinical evaluations and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
