Data Analyst - operations reporting (Anchorage, AK)

Highbridge Keystone Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Anchorage with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on operations reporting. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in service complaints and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on recycling loads. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
