Data Analyst - operations reporting (Anchorage, AK)

Highbridge Telecom Group builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Anchorage area, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 158 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in field visits and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on customer tickets. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
