Data Analyst - operations reporting (Albuquerque, NM)

Redstone Oak Hospitality is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Investigate trends in guest bookings and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on group events. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
