Data Analyst - operations reporting (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Harbor Energy and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Investigate trends in hardship programmes and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on service connections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
