Data Analyst - operations reporting (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Bright Bridge Energy Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in service connections and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on outage response. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
