Data Analyst - operations reporting (Albuquerque, NM)

Westbrook Harbor Care Services provides in-home and community support in Albuquerque, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in client records and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on visit scheduling. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
