Data Analyst - operations reporting (Albuquerque, NM)

Greenridge Wren Care Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in licensing and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on care plans. • Python or R for analysis.
