Data Analyst - operations reporting (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Nova Corner Pharma and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Investigate trends in release testing and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on clinical studies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
