Data Analyst - operations reporting (Albuquerque, NM)

Ironwood Harbor Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Albuquerque, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our operations reporting. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in service connections and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on billing disputes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
