Data Analyst - operations reporting (Albuquerque, NM)

Northwind Wren Environmental Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for weigh tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in weigh tickets and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on service complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
