Data Analyst - operations reporting (Albuquerque, NM)

Westbrook Willow Early Learning is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on operations reporting for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on family communication. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
