Data Analyst - operations reporting (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Summit Amber Community Partners Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be operations reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in donor records and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on food distribution. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
