Data Analyst - forecasting (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Lumen Cobalt Learning Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Investigate trends in learning materials and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
