Data Analyst - forecasting (Virginia Beach, VA)

Stonegate Lakeside Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Virginia Beach, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 70 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in seasonal crews and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on grower contracts. • Python or R for analysis.
