Data Analyst - forecasting (Tulsa, OK)

Cedar Field Staffing places workers with employers around Tulsa. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Investigate trends in temp assignments and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on candidate screening. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
