Data Analyst - forecasting (Tulsa, OK)

Highbridge Umber Telecom is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for outage reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in outage reports and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on service installations. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
