Data Analyst - forecasting (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Forge Telecom and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Investigate trends in billing accounts and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on network equipment. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
