Data Analyst - forecasting (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Vista Markets and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 803 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in shrink and waste and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on supplier deliveries. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
