Data Analyst - forecasting (Tulsa, OK)

Clearpath Bright Community Partners Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in donor records and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on grant reporting. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
