Data Analyst - forecasting (Tucson, AZ)

Amberfield Cedar Hospitality Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on group events. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
