Data Analyst - forecasting (Tucson, AZ)

Greenridge Willow Early Learning is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Investigate trends in enrolment and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on meal programmes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
