Data Analyst - forecasting (Toledo, OH)

Nova Hollow Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Toledo focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 68 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in customer tickets and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on network equipment. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
