Data Analyst - forecasting (Toledo, OH)

Nova Rook Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Toledo. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in project schedules and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on change orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
