Data Analyst - forecasting (Toledo, OH)

Highbridge Iron Property Management Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on resident events. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
