Data Analyst - forecasting (Toledo, OH)

Nova Pine Community Partners runs community programmes across Toledo, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in volunteer shifts and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on benefits enrolment. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
