Data Analyst - forecasting (Toledo, OH)

Harborlight Field Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Toledo, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in shrink and waste and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on store inventory. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
