Data Analyst - forecasting (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Cedar North Early Learning Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on licensing records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
