Data Analyst - forecasting (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Lumen Vista Water Authority Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in treatment plant data and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on capital projects. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
