Data Analyst - forecasting (Tampa, FL)

Harborlight Forge Hospitality is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for housekeeping schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in housekeeping schedules and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on guest bookings. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
