Data Analyst - forecasting (Tampa, FL)

Amberfield Vale Property Management is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 824 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in resident events and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on unit turnovers. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
